Once we receive your payment, our team will begin to process your order. We make use of a third-party courier service to deliver your items. While we strive to ensure a smooth shipping process, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur once the package is in the hands of the courier. Although we work with responsible and competent courier service, the delivery times during this phase are beyond our control.

If you encounter any shipping issues, we will make every effort to assist you. However, we kindly request your understanding and patience as much of the delivery process is out of our hands at this point.

If you have any inquiries regarding delivery times or issues, please first reach out to the courier service provider. It is important to note that providing a valid South Africa phone number is crucial to ensure prompt delivery. The courier may need to contact the recipient before the delivery can be completed.

All payment methods made on the site are confirmed by our payment processor
Order processing begins after receiving a confirmed order and proof of payment
“Email notification will be sent when your order is on its way to you” – it may not reflect on courier system until it is scanned in

No deliveries to P.O. Box addresses
All order are sent via courier service: No collections
Door-to-door delivery within South Africa
Order information must include a valid South African cell phone number as well as a full physical delivery address

Delivery Times

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 13h00 weekdays are shipped the following day
Orders placed after 13h00 on Fridays are shipped the following Monday
Delivery within 24 - 72 working hours after dispatch
No weekend or public holiday deliveries

Proof of Delivery

Person receiving the parcel at the nominated delivery address is presumed to be the authorised person unless specified otherwise

Undeliverable Packages

Courier service will attempt re-delivery
Undelivered parcels will be returned to the store at the customer’s expense
Re-delivery from the store will incur additional costs
