Refund policy

Cancellations

At Krush, we begin processing your order as soon as it's placed to ensure speedy delivery—this means we're unable to accommodate cancellations once an order is confirmed. All completed purchases will be subject to our standard return policy.

In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable, Krush reserves the right to cancel part or all of your order. If this happens, you'll be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.


Returns

We want you to love every Krush product, but if you receive a damaged item or there’s been a fulfillment error, please get in touch via our contact form. Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that have been opened or visibly used.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for products based on personal preference (e.g. scent or texture not to your liking).

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.


Refunds

Please allow up to 10–14 business days from the time your return reaches us for inspection and processing. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (excluding any original shipping fees).
